Cyberink Contract for Web Services

The Deluxe package includes :

o   20MB of disk space
o   An FTP access
o   A Telnet access
o   An E-mail account with forwarding and aliasing
o   Access to Forms, Catalogues, ...etc
o   Access to CGI library
o   A detailed weekly access statistics.
o   Scanning to up to 8 images
o   Eight (8) free hours of our services
o   Your URL will be //www.yourcompany.com/
o   Setup of mailing list
o   Registration of the domain with more than 280 search engines

Financial Arrangements :

The monthly fee is $79.95
There is a one time set up fee of $100

Payments are based on a minimum 3-month contract. Your check must be equal to your monthly charge multiplied by at least 3:

I. Financial Arrangements :

1. Client agrees to a minimum three (3) month contract, beginning upon Cyberink's receipt by mail or express mail. Cyberink will not accept contracts by electronic mail.

2. First three (3) months payment plus hosting and setup charges
shall be due upon receipt of contract.

3. This agreement will automatically renew for successive three (3) month periods unless canceled in writing prior to the quarterly renewal date. Client will receive an invoice for charges and payment is due upon receipt. Renewal prices are subject to change. Renewal of services by Client indicates agreement to Contract revisions.

You can have our contracts e-mailed to you, or you can download a copy of the contract using the "save as" of your browser. In case you request some of our additional services, make sure to have the corresponding contract e-mailed to you or you can download it using your browser.
